Ingredients

  • Chicken Crust
  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Toppings (Suggested)
  • ⅓–½ cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • Pepperoni, cooked sausage, or grilled chicken
  • Bell peppers, mushrooms, olives, red onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven
    Preheat to 400°F (205°C). Line a baking sheet or pizza pan with parchment paper.
  2. Make the crust
    In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, and seasonings until well combined.
  3. Shape & bake
    Press mixture into a thin, even circle (about ¼-inch thick) on parchment. Bake 15–18 minutes, until cooked through and lightly golden.
  4. Add toppings
    Remove crust from oven. Spread sauce evenly, add cheese and desired toppings.
  5. Final bake
    Return to oven and bake 7–10 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Rest & slice
    Let pizza rest 5 minutes before slicing for best structure.

Notes

  • Crispier crust: Flip crust after first bake and return to oven for 5 minutes before adding toppings.
  • Extra flavor: Add chili flakes or smoked paprika to the crust mixture.
  • No soggy pizza: Keep sauce light and use low-moisture mozzarella.
