- Korean BBQ Sauce
- ⅓ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Combine all meatball ingredients and mix gently. Roll into 1½-inch balls.
- Bake 15–18 minutes until cooked through.
- Meanwhile, whisk all sauce ingredients except cornstarch slurry in a saucepan. Simmer 3–4 minutes.
- Stir in cornstarch slurry and cook until thickened.
- Toss baked meatballs in sauce until fully coated.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and extra green onions.
Notes
- Air fryer option: 375°F for 10–12 minutes.
- Adjust gochujang for spice level.
