  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (24 oz) jar marinara sauce
  • ½ cup heavy cream or milk
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley or basil, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and sauté until softened.
  3. Add ground turkey, breaking it up as it cooks. Season with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, paprika, and garlic powder. Cook until browned.
  4. Stir in garlic and cook 30 seconds.
  5. Pour in marinara sauce and cream; simmer 5–7 minutes.
  6. Add cooked pasta and toss to coat.
  7. Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan until melted and creamy.
  8. Garnish and serve hot.
