Ingredients

  • Chocolate Ganache Topping
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup heavy cream

Instructions

1. Make the Brownies

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x9-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla; mix until smooth.
  4. Stir in cocoa powder, flour, and salt until just combined.
  5. Pour into prepared pan and bake 30–35 minutes. Cool completely.

2. Prepare Strawberry Truffle Layer

  1. Melt white chocolate and heavy cream together (microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring).
  2. Stir in strawberry puree or extract. Add food coloring if desired.
  3. Spread evenly over cooled brownies. Refrigerate 30–60 minutes until set.

3. Make Ganache

  1. Heat heavy cream until just simmering.
  2. Pour over chocolate chips and let sit 2 minutes.
  3. Stir until smooth. Spread over strawberry layer.
  4. Chill 1 hour until firm.
