Ingredients
- Chicken Filling:
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie works great)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or sour cream
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Wraps:
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Garlic Butter Topping:
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, cream cheese, garlic, mayonnaise (or sour cream), Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Spoon the chicken mixture evenly into the center of each tortilla.
- Fold in the sides and roll tightly into wraps. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, and parsley.
- Brush the garlic butter over the tops of the wraps and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until wraps are golden and crispy and the filling is hot and melted.
- Let cool for 3–5 minutes, then slice and serve.
