Instructions
- In a bowl, toss sliced beef with soy sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil. Set aside for 5 minutes.
- Heat oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat.
- Add beef in a single layer and sear for 1–2 minutes per side until just browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add garlic and ginger. Stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add onion and broccoli. Stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender.
- In a small bowl, whisk oyster sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, broth, and cornstarch.
- Return beef to the pan and pour in sauce. Toss to coat.
- Cook for 2–3 minutes until sauce thickens and coats everything beautifully.
- Garnish and serve hot.
