Instructions
Oven Method (Crispiest)
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Spread Brussels sprouts cut-side down on the baking sheet and scatter bacon evenly on top.
- Roast for 25–30 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until sprouts are caramelized and bacon is crispy.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze or sprinkle with Parmesan if desired. Serve hot.
Skillet Method (Quick & Easy)
- Cook chopped bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon and set aside.
