Ingredients

  • Fries:
  • 1½ lbs frozen French fries (or fresh-cut potatoes)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Toppings:
  • 1½ cups cooked chicken, diced or shredded
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar or Colby-Jack cheese
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Optional: hot sauce or buffalo sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spread fries in an even layer on the baking sheet. Toss with olive oil and salt.
  3. Bake according to package directions (or 25–30 minutes for fresh fries), flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.
  4. Remove fries from the oven and sprinkle evenly with chicken, bacon, and shredded cheese.
  5. Return to the oven and bake for 5–7 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
  6. Drizzle with ranch dressing and optional hot or buffalo sauce.
  7. Finish with sliced green onions and serve immediately.
