Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread fries in an even layer on the baking sheet. Toss with olive oil and salt.
- Bake according to package directions (or 25–30 minutes for fresh fries), flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.
- Remove fries from the oven and sprinkle evenly with chicken, bacon, and shredded cheese.
- Return to the oven and bake for 5–7 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
- Drizzle with ranch dressing and optional hot or buffalo sauce.
- Finish with sliced green onions and serve immediately.
