- ½ cup dry white wine (or chicken broth)
- ¾ cup chicken broth
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp capers, drained
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Season chicken with salt and pepper, then lightly dredge in flour, shaking off excess.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook chicken in batches, 2–3 minutes per side, until golden; remove and set aside.
- Reduce heat to medium. Add butter and garlic; sauté 30 seconds.
- Deglaze pan with wine, simmering 2 minutes.
- Stir in chicken broth, lemon juice, and capers.
- Return chicken to pan and simmer 4–5 minutes until sauce slightly thickens.
- Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
