- 1 tsp Italian seasoning

- ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped (oil-packed)
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 12 oz pasta (penne, fettuccine, or rigatoni)
- Red pepper flakes, to taste
- Fresh basil, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water; drain.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden; remove.
- Add garlic and sun-dried tomatoes to the skillet; cook 30 seconds. Stir in tomato paste.
- Add broth and cream; simmer 3–4 minutes. Stir in Parmesan and red pepper flakes.
- Return chicken and pasta to the skillet. Toss, adding pasta water if needed. Garnish with basil.

- Swap cream for half-and-half for a lighter sauce.
- Add spinach at the end for extra color and nutrients.
