Instructions

1. Prepare the Chicken

  1. In a shallow bowl, mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  3. Dip each chicken breast into the eggs, then coat thoroughly in the Parmesan mixture. Press gently to adhere.

2. Cook the Chicken

  1. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Cook chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  3. Remove from skillet and set aside.

3. Make the Sauce

4. Finish

Return chicken to the skillet and spoon sauce over top. Simmer 2–3 minutes until heated through. Garnish with parsley and serve.
