8 oz rice noodles, lo mein, or spaghetti

Spicy Garlic Sauce:

¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce

2 tablespoons sriracha (adjust to taste)

2 tablespoons honey or brown sugar

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

1 tablespoon sesame oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated

1 tablespoon cornstarch

¼ cup water

Optional Garnish:

Green onions, sliced

Sesame seeds

Extra chili flakes
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together all spicy garlic sauce ingredients until smooth.
- Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Season chicken lightly with salt and pepper.
- Add chicken to the skillet and cook for 4–5 minutes, stirring, until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Add remaining olive oil to the skillet. Add broccoli and cook for 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Return chicken to the pan. Pour in the sauce and stir well.
- Simmer for 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken and broccoli.
- Add cooked noodles and toss until evenly coated.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions, sesame seeds, and extra chili flakes if desired.

- Swap chicken for shrimp or tofu if you like.
- For extra heat, add chili crisp or sambal oelek.
- Steam broccoli lightly before stir-frying for softer texture.
