Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, water, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Add cauliflower florets and toss until fully coated.
- Spread cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Lightly spray with oil.
- Bake for 20 minutes, flip, then bake another 5–10 minutes until crispy and golden.
- While baking, whisk together all sweet chili sauce ingredients in a saucepan. Simmer over medium heat for 3–5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Remove cauliflower from oven and toss immediately with the warm sauce.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.

- For extra crispiness, use an air fryer at 400°F for 12–15 minutes.
- Serve as an appetizer, over rice, or in lettuce wraps.
- Adjust sweetness or heat by adding more honey or sriracha.
