Ingredients
- For the Chicken Marinade

- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1½ teaspoons garam masala
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon chili powder (adjust to taste)
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce or crushed tomatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ teaspoon sugar (optional)
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken:
In a bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, and spices. Add chicken and coat well. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour (overnight for best flavor). - Cook the Chicken:
