Instructions
1. Cook the Rice
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.

- Cover and simmer for 15–18 minutes until rice is tender.

2. Cook the Chicken
- Season sliced chicken with salt and pepper.

- In the same skillet, melt butter.

4. Combine
- Return chicken to the skillet and spoon sauce over the top.

- Sprinkle with fresh parsley.
5. Serve
- Spoon garlic Parmesan rice onto plates and top with chicken scampi and extra sauce.
