Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add ground chicken and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Stir in onion, garlic, and ginger. Cook for 2–3 minutes until fragrant.
- Add cabbage and carrots. Cook for 3–4 minutes until slightly softened.
- Pour in chicken broth, soy sauce, rice vinegar, white pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Ladle into bowls and top with green onions and desired garnishes.
