  • 4 Whole Large Eggs
  • 1 1/2 C. Fat Free Half & Half
  • 1 1/2 Tsp. Dijon Mustard
  • Pinch of Nutmeg
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste
  • 6 C. Stale Cubed French Bread
  • 9 Oz. Ham
  • 1 1/2 C. Shredded Swiss Cheese
