- 500 g Minced meat
- 250 g Potatoes
- Parmesan 200g grated cheese
- 2 Tbsp Chives, Dill and coriander
- 4 Eggs
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Chilli flakes
- 2 Onions
- 1 cup Bell pepper, green and red
- 1 tomato
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 tbsp Meat stock powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Paprika powder
- Mozzarella cheese
- 250g Grated cheese
- 1 Tbsp Oyster sauce
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 1 pinch Nutmeg

- First, peel and wash the potatoes grate coarsely with a grater.Squeeze the water out of the potatoes and place in a bowl
- Add eggs, grated cheese, chives, dill and coriander leaves salt and pepper and mix well. Then lay out in a rectangle on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- In a preheated oven at 190 °C for 20 minutes. Bake until lightly colored
- Heat butter in a pan. Once the oil begins to shimmer, add the onions, and cook until caramelized, about 3 minutes
- Add the ground beef and sauté lightly. Then add the diced onion, bell pepper and continue to fry.
- Then add tomato paste, salt, paprika powder, beef stock powder, maggi cube and pepper and mix well.
- Add 1 tbsp of soy sauce, mix. Cover with lid and let it cook until the meat and vegetables are well cooked. Remove from heat.
- Evenly spread the minced beef mixture over the cooked potato sheet
